Positive The staff was very kind and helpful they let me check out 2hr late with no ¥6,000 charge, probably because I told them I was very very tried from traveling. The 8 course meal was very filling and an experience of its own. I only had to share the onsen with one other person we both had an onsen to ourselves outside and inside.
