Positive Everything. The lobby is like a museum. Food was excellent and had Japanese class. The service was absolutely the best. The Japanese emperor stayed there twice. We were treated the same by the staff.

Positive The photos do not do this property justice it was just so lovely. I wish I could've stayed longer and would recommend to anyone who wants to visit this area of Japan - Kamo Aquarium is a MUST. The staff went above and beyond, so sweet and kind. The ONSEN + SAUNA are incredible and are also a must. Beach front stroll at sunset was great and then retire back t
