    Positive staff were good English speakers and very friendly and very helpful. Location was perfect. super close to Kawaguchi station as well as the ropeway which we used to go on mitsutoge hike. room was spacious, and the kitchenette was convenient. clean rooms. Water pressure good. Beds were very comfortable.

    Positive Great room, spacious and comfortable. I used the onsen with the lake view, and I highly recommend it. Incredible breakfast with several different dishes to taste. Great view of Fuji from the 7th floor and of the lake from the breakfast room.

    Positive It had very good views of mt fuji from our rooms. The staff were extremely kind and good to work with - they made us feel at home. there was a shuttle to the train station- we felt well taken care off. There was mochi in our rooms. The staff laid out our beds and rearranged the luggage.
