    Positive Facilities are topnotch. Location is great. But the most incredible thing are the people. The hotel management was so helpful and even arranged that flowers be sent to my girlfriend who was, at that time, checked in and was recovering from a medical procedure.

    Positive We liked the location. It's right at one of the exits of Honkawagoe Station. Very convenient. It's also a short walk to the Edo-period streets. The staff were polite and friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Everything was comfortable.
