    Positive The hotel is located just in front of Hamamatsu station, so it is easy to get around downtown or go anywhere. The rooms were huge and comfortable. A huge plus is that they have laundry, and you can wash/dry your clothes using new machines that don't need you to change from washing to drying, and leave the clothes very nice.
