Positive Very traditional atmosphere. Tastefully decorated. Very accommodating for any requests we made. We asked for an extra futon each as we were not used to such firm bedding. We also requested to move downstairs closer to the toilets for access at night. The bikes were fantastic for exploring the city. We were a little worried about the screeching noise the brak
