    Positive The property is clean, spacious, and has the pleasant surprise of separate table tennis and billiards rooms. The staff did not speak English or perfect Japanese, but they were extremely welcoming and cooperative. There is a convenience store right across the property, which was very handy, and a Gyoumu Super along with a large liquor shop just a 9-minute dri
