    Positive The staff were so kind and really made me feel welcomed! The breakfast was delicious and rolls were served heated. The outdoor bath was great after a run!

    Positive Delightful stay. Location was quiet and walking distance to panoramic overview of lake and Mt Fuji. (Mountain itself can be seen from hotel.) Free parking but also walkable to bus stop for express from Tokyo if you don't have a car. Spring fed onsen. Full breakfast. Friendly manager.
