Positive The staff were super friendly and helpful, even though we only spoke a little Japanese. Breakfast was a small amount extra. The cabin we stayed in had a nice lounge area and great view of the lake as well. The price was great too.

Positive The apartment was pretty big (we were only 2) perfect place for a group a extended family. Breakfast was marvelous. Location is very good - if you have a car - to visit Tottori, Matsue and Izumo.

Positive The whole ambience of the place was great. A quiet place but was still busy but you would not have known. A crisp morning with breakfast brought to you was perfect. The wood cabins had great facilities and it was very clean.
