Positive Amazing location, rooms were super clean, and quiet with nice amenities. There were facial products free for personal use in the lobby that were excellent. The onsen was large and very warm.

Positive Location, it’s a few steps away from UNESEF world heritage site, a few steps to bus station. Staff are very friendly and make us feel very welcomed.

Positive Prime location when staying in Nikko. Within walking distance to Shinkyou Bridge and temple sites. About 15-20 minute walk from the train station, if you want to avoid the crowded buses. The in-house onsen was nice and empty when I used it. Staff were lovely and very welcoming.
