    Positive The hotel is near to the subway station which takes you everywhere. The staff is super nice, fast responding and always ready to help. I even asked for an earlier check in and they were kind enough to help me with that as well. I had some trouble finding my way out in Shinjuku station and the staff called me to let them know if I managed to get to the hotel
