Positive great loacation and friendly staff. The owners were attentive and responsive to our needs. when we schedule a taxi and it did not show up, the hotel owners took us to the train station promptly which help us stay on track to our travel arrangements. It was so nice and above all the expectations!

Positive Incredible location in the center of town. Run by family. We had so much snow that the husband used his loader to help dig out our car. Shared bathroom style Ryuken. Very comfortable futon style beds with down blankets. Very clean facilities Fantastic shared Onsen tub. Full ski locker and tuning room with drying room for hanging gear. Location is a 5min walk

Positive Location was ideal for walking to everything. The waffle shop below was on point. Staff was friendly. The board storage room was ideal. Stay here!
