    Positive It is clear the decor hasn't been updated in a few decades, but the number of amenities offered outweighed that. Also, because it clearly used to be an apartment building there is a lot of space in the hotel room. Many Tokyo hotel rooms are about 80% bed. There is very little space to walk around, but this had plenty of room for two people.

    Positive The hotel is quite old and looks unimpressive from outside, but the rooms as spacious,, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff helpful.
