    Positive Being able to request for picked up and sent off was a plus point. Hostess and team is responsive and friendly. Plenty of amenities provided such as hot drinks, self care, vending machine and washing machine. Lounge area also available for you to relax, watch tv, read manga and also massage chair.     Positive Run by a lovely host. Light toast breakfast was included with our stay. Lots of shuttles offered that we didn’t use because we had a car. Nice amenity bar offered.

    Positive Excellent service. The landlady and all the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Incredibly clean. Great location - quiet but only a 10 minute walk into town (or their is a shuttle that is offered). Amazing japanese bath facilities
