    Positive Was nice to stay somewhere different than your typical hotel room and to experience a ryokan. Location was great once we oriented ourselves. Easy walk to the castle grounds and the Higashi Gaya district. Only 3 rooms upstairs and once we checked in we didn’t see any staff so we were free to come and go as we pleased. Amenities were clean and sleeping mats ve
