    Positive This was our fourth trip to Japan and we've stayed in many ryokans. This is one of our favorites. The space we stayed at was huge. It was a two-story stand alone building. The seats looked out onto the courtyard with a pond and a lot of trees, which was very peaceful. I'm usually not the type to stay in my hotel/ryokan all day, but this place tempted me to d

    Positive Secluded area, very quiet. Loved the outdoor onsen in my room, especially on cold days, the contrast is awesome. They had 2 private indoor solo onsens that were FCFS, and a large community shared one. Kaiseki meal was great. Wish there was more beef as it was awesome.
