    Positive The onsens were really great, especially the partially open-air one. There was lots of availability for the onsens and the whiteboard system they use was super helpful. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful; they helped us arrange a taxi when we wanted to go to the snow monkey park and they offered a shuttle to the bus stop when we were checking

    Positive Love the private onsen especially the outdoor onsen. Food is fabulous!

    Positive The staff is incredible. They pick you up from the local station, drop off as needed, and even drove me to the local clinic when I was feeling unwell to see a doctor. The food was delicious and the facilities were calm and relaxing, just what we needed after the hustle and bustle of Tokyo.
