Positive Loved the complimentary items and drinks in the lobby and Luggage delivery services they offered. The patio able to stand outside in the mornings or let in fresh air. My room had a HDMI cord so able to connect my fire stick with ease. It was cozy. Easy 8 min walk to the station and mall/plaza.

Positive Super helpful and polite staff, even by high Japanese standards. We had lots of luggage and they were really kind helping us move them to/from our room. Rooms were MASSIVE by Tokyo standards, though toilet a little cramped. access to evening drinks, ice, morning light breakfast were all welcome bonuses
