    Positive The host was amazing! Very accommodating and kind, even with us not speaking a lick of Japanese. The messaging was prompt and easy. This was a huge help to us as our flight got cancelled out of New Chitose. I highly recommend this stay! The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and there was every amenity that would be needed.

    Positive The accomodation is spacious and was warm and cosy on the cold winter night we checked in. It has everything you could need, kitchen, dining area and super comfortable beds! The host is wonderful. We had some difficulties with cancelled trains due to large amounts of snow and she went above and beyond to help us get transfers to our next accomodation. We hig

    Positive Although the apartment is not having a full modern refurbishment like other b&b, it's actually very comfortable and it is better than what is shown in the photo. The toliet is newly refurbished. We stayed this summer when the heat wave strikes and the air conditioner in both rooms are working very well. The living room is also big enough for us to pack 4 lug
