Positive Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was really big compared to others in Japan, minimal street noise, and you really can't beat it if you want to be right in the heart of all the craziness of Shibuya.

Positive The view of Shibuya crossing was incredible from the corner room - we spent far too much time just gazing out of the window. The breakfast was great too - mix of Japanese and Western (and great views from the restaurant, too). The staff were all helpful and happy and smiley, too!
