Positive It was an excellent experience. The staff were very nice, and the lobby had a cozy fire pit guests could sit around. There were free appetizers and drinks from check-in. Positive The room is great. The buffet style dinner is supurb lots of variety japanese cooked food, sushi sasimi, western, and also include grill Taraba crab. The alcohol bar is also great lots of choices. The breakfast is in the same room and quite great still lots of choices. You can make your own "Kizeki Don".
