    Positive The place is clean and located in Hakone near many attractions. We drove to the Gotemba outlet for only 20 minutes. The wooden deck for BBQ is nice.

    Positive Check-in process was easy using the iPad. Door to the unit is also via keypad code so there's no worry about losing keys. There is a very friendly foreman on-site to help with any check-in queries. He was also available to instantly fix a leaky tap in the unit.
