    Positive 在住宅區內安靜，附近就有西新宿二丁目的地鐵站可以使用，房間打掃乾淨，有洗衣機，乾濕分離，還有微波爐跟餐具及電磁爐可以使用。廁所跟浴室也是分開的，房間內至少可以放下一個28吋大行李打開還有空間可以走動，兩個28吋行李可能無法完全打開，是樓中樓房型，天花板挑高的感覺讓空間變大了。
