Positive 1980年代に建てられた日本の一戸建てですが、室内はとてもきれいに掃除されていて、快適に過ごすことができました。古い家ではありますが、清潔感があり、特に不便は感じませんでした。 事前に口コミで「お湯があまり出ない」というコメントを見て少し心配していましたが、実際に宿泊してみると特に問題はなく、十分に使えました。日本の昔ながらの一戸建ての場合、ホテルのように常に大量のお湯が使えるわけではないので、その点を理解していれば特に困ることはないと思います。 人数が多い場合は、お風呂にお湯をためて入るよりも、シャワーを順番に使う形の方が安心だと思います。お湯を無駄に使わなければ、私たちは8～9人でも問題なく利用できました。 古い一戸建てならではの特徴はありますが、全体的にはとても快適に過ごせて、良い滞在になりました。

Positive 旅店在大路旁、「占冠郵便局」鄰近，有免費停車場。二層組合屋民房，包棟價格相當實惠。以密碼盒取鑰匙，在玄關處換著拖鞋入內，地面木板維持整淨，各處陳設都具生活氣息，且包含體恤長輩的扶手、遙控式開關燈等，皆是以人為本位的考量。旅店主人或是中國籍，客服能以中文應對，不少備品也是中國製；特別的是入住附贈每人一份梵谷《星夜》金屬書籤，頗為別緻。 室內空間切割得有些複雜，一樓有客廳、廚房、客房各倆，二樓也有倆客房，卻又能透過拉門、走廊相互隔絕或連通，大約是讓家人各有相對獨立的起居動線。兩處客廳，其一空置，另一則有沙發；兩處廚房，備有冰箱、瓦斯爐、微波爐、電鍋、熱水壺及烹飪鍋具、刀叉、碗盤等，便利開伙。 客房有單、雙人床及日式通舖等不同房型，枕被褥均套不織布防護。二孔插座散設屋內，但床邊俱無，是老式配置，又未供WiFi。 衛浴
