    Positive The onsen was amazing and the cats were so cute. Staff were incredible. Ski field really close. A winter wonderland when the snow is falling. The winter beaches by the coast were beautiful.

    Positive Old but well maintained with a very authentic feel. Breakfast was great. We also paid to eat dinner at the hotel as there isn’t much else in the area - it was a treat. There seemed to be many local guests and things felt much less touristy than at the hotels near the jigoku valley.

    Positive Une ambiance in-cro-yable. Je me suis cru dans un épisode de Détective Conan ! Très spacieux et personnel accueillant. Le repas était bon, le petit déjeuner correct. L'ambiance sous la neige a su donner du charme à notre séjour. Les bains sont relaxant après la route et le bain le plus chaud vivifiant.
