Positive We had a fantastic stay and felt very well looked cared for by the dedicated staff who are clearly proud of their hotel. The traditional dinner and breakfast were both amazing and a highlight of our trip. The complimentary shuttle bus to the JR line was also a very thoughtful and convenient addition.
