Positive Our host Shin was excellent - responsive and very helpful. He welcomed us when we arrived and explained the beautiful property to us. Positive This place, blew our minds away! The ryokan was huge with various rooms and sufficient space for the 4 of us. It took us a while to explore almost every nook of the space. Positive 念願の薪ストーブを使用できたところや 本当に手ぶらで行っても快適に過ごせるところがよかった。細かいところにも手が届いた感じも良かったです。スタッフの方は会えなかったけど、電話越しに誠意が伝わる感じの人でよかったです。 あと、ペットと過ごせるのもすごくよかったところです。贅沢を言うなら全ての部屋を気兼ねなく愛犬と入れたらいいとは思いましたが、畳であることなど考えると難しいですね。
