Positive The house was very clean and quiet, and the family was very kind and helpful during our stay. They shoveled snow off the driveway and offered to turn the heater on for us before we arrived. It was comfortable and enjoyable.

Positive 家主のご夫婦はとても親切に私たちを迎えてくださり、到着前から暖房を入れておいてくださいました。また、家の各設備の使い方も丁寧に説明してくださり、とても助かりました。 寒い季節に、このような日本らしい民宿を体験するのは今回が初めてでした。家主のご家族と同じ建物での宿泊ということで、最初は少し緊張していましたが、優しく温かいご家族と、2匹のかわいいワンちゃんのおかげで、すぐに安心することができました。 （※ワンちゃんは知らない物音には吠えることがありますが、人に会うととてもおとなしく、まったく怖くありません。） 出発の朝には、家主の方が心のこもったプレゼントまで用意してくださり、路面が滑りやすいので気をつけるよう声をかけてくださいました。 温かいおもてなしのおかげで、旅の中で忘れられない素敵な思い出ができました。本

Positive メールのやりとりが親切 気遣いが随所にみられた。 安い宿泊料なのに、帰り際にお米のお土産まで人数分頂いた。 孫が高熱を出したと言うと、湯たんぽや、チェックアウト時にホッカイロまで心配して持たせてくださった。 古民家だったけど、リフォームされて、風呂とトイレは最新式で快適だった。特に白壁の漆喰が綺麗な模様で塗られていた。 12月26日の宿泊なので冬布団と毛布が用意されていて、どれも洗濯が効いていて、清潔だった。 暖房器具は、ホームこたつとファンヒーター、湯たんぽだった。石油は満杯入れてあって、朝まで安心出来た。部屋には、電子レンジと冷凍冷蔵庫があって、湯とお茶は、ポットで準備されました。部屋には、洗面所がついていました。
