Positive The highlight of our Hokkaido trip! The room was huge and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We loved the luxurious amenities and the warm hospitality from the staff. The location is unbeatable—there’s a direct elevator to the B1 underground path leading straight to Sapporo Station. The 10th-floor lobby is stunning and spacious. Highly recommended!

Positive New, clean, pleasantly spacious rooms, location was wonderful and directly connected to the subway (take the lift directly to the lobby near exit 8), and staff were really polite and kind enough to arrange for our 2 rooms to be on the same floor.
