Positive Staff were extremely supportive of the young children in the family, very attentive and caring. Always had a smile and positive greeting. The breakfast was delicious and the cookies, candies, etc., as well.

Positive The property was in a great location with comfortable, large rooms and everything we could need. The staff were incredibly kind. They made the stay our favourite of three weeks in Japan. They were so good to our children, they truly went above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious and very filling. We cannot say enough great things about this hotel!

Positive The hotel preserves the best of traditional Japanese aesthetics and craftmanship with contemporary flair. There were ojami cushions and traditional long pillows in the rooms, and the lounge area is beautifully curated with books and flower arrangements. Very peaceful - and the hotel was fully booked! The hinoki private bath is a real treat.
