Positive Hakone and the surrounding area is really pretty. The hotel is gorgeous and our rooms were well kept. The staff here were very nice and helpful and the hot springs and spa were a highlight. It was cool having access to the local area around it.

Positive The hotel and location was amazing, being on the shore of Lake Ashinoko, we had beautiful views over the lake and could see the Pirate Ships sailing by. We could also see Mount Fuji when it was clear. The hotel was huge and a little confusing but beautiful. It was right next to the cable car entrance, a small shopping area and an aquarium.
