    Positive 2階のキッチン＆リビングが、とても広くて使いやすかった。 プレゼンテーションもハイセンスのTVを使って、問題なくできました。 キッチンのカトラリーやお皿が充実していました。調理に不足はありませんでした。 屋上の眺めがとても素晴らしく、BBQを食べる場所として、最高でした。 出張料理の土田シェフ（秋谷在住）にお願いしてBBQを作ってもらいましたが、この施設にぴったりあっていました。 オプションで用意しても良いと思いました。 浴室も広くて、設備が充実していました。
