    Positive Quiet residential area, a few stops away from both Umeda and Namba stations. Very clean and big house!

    Positive 因為 Google 地圖顯示的位置不正確，一開始我以為這是一棟老房子，所以價格才這麼經濟實惠。後來我發現，其實它是一間屋齡相當新的房子，裡面的設備也都是新的。 這間房子有幾個優點： 1. 設備完善：配有地暖，浴缸也有持續加熱的功能。 2. 空間寬敞：整棟房子有三層樓，全部都可以使用。 3. 廚衛便利：這是我遇到過流理台洗手槽最大的房子，在日本相當少見。 關於地點與位置，雖然離地鐵站說近不近、說遠不遠，但有時候為了追求安靜，與地鐵站保持一定距離是必要的，所以我認為這並不是太大的問題。我認為這是一個不可思議、經濟實惠的住處。 房東說這裡可以住到 16 個人，我的觀察確實是可以容納這麼多人。如果算下來，每個人的成本都相當低。我也推薦給單獨旅行的人，因為我就是一個人住，這裡不論是單人或多人入住都很合適。 這是一個安靜的

    Positive 戸建てなので、ホテルのように気を遣う事がなく、大変過ごしやすかったです。ベッドルームも3部屋あり、友達同士でも気兼ねなく過ごせました。
