Positive Friendly front house staff and took time to explain a lot of details. Rotenburo and the hinoki soaking tub were really nice

Positive It’s a dreamy place. The staff were really nice, everything was spotless, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the onsen was stunning. I would highly recommend staying here. They also offer dinner, but you have to book it at least 3 days in advance.

Positive The ryokan was clean and really nice, everyone working there was super helpful and friendly. The food was the best we had in Japan. We would totally stay here again if we were to come back to Hakone.
