    Positive The location is fantastic to explore the area, everything is labeled inside the house, and it’s very well furnished. The host was extremely responsive through messaging, and helped us plan activities around.

    Positive Fantastic location near Mt Aso which allowed for day trips to Beppu, Takachiho Gorge and Kurokawa Onsen townsite. Accommodation was easy to find and access, with convenient parking. Property was generally comfortable and warm, with great hot spring water bath.

    Positive A very comfortable and pleasant place to stay for a few days while exploring the onsen-rich Mt. Aso area. We loved it here! Note that we had rented a car for this part of our trip, the only time we did so in Japan. I would consider a car to be indispensable here. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and tourist sites in the area, but they're out
