Positive It was very conveniently located near the ropeway and tourist center. It was great slipping into the bath after a cold day of snow & rain. Check-in and check-out were very efficient, and the room was comfortable and clean. Positive Near the cable car station to go to top of Mt Kurodate. Nice bathroom and toilet facilities. There's a onsen facilities at B1 and washing machine.

Positive We had a comfortable stay at this hotel, the manager was kind enough to let us make changes to our booking, which we really appreciated. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, near the cable car to the mountain and tourist information centre.
