    Positive I love the food both breakfast and dinner are toughtfully prepared. The staffs are very friendly and tried their best in speaking English. Love the private onsen in the room, my daughter still talk about this right now.

    Positive EVERYTHING! Literally EVERYTHING (especially the food). This place was amazing. We had the family room with private open air bath. The view was absolutely amazing. The room was traditional tatami room but so spacious and comfortable with AC and heater that you can control yourself (unlike many hotels in Japan where you have no control of the temperature). We
