Positive The location is great! Super close to cafeterias and shops, and the zocalo. It felt safe. The building overall is cute. The terrace is very cool.

Positive The key turnover was a bit confusing. Especially the key pad to get in and out-was not explained very well. The basket of snacks, water in the refrigerator, and instant coffee with creamer was a very nice touch. Much appreciated.

Positive It’s close to the zócalo, the staff is really pleasant, the apartment has everything you could possibly need in it, except for a step ladder, to reach the top of the cabinet to get a wine glass, the beds are comfortable, there’s AC, and this time I even discovered there was a little space heater we could’ve used, had it been cold, but it wasn’t.
