Positive Appartement was clean, well maintained and good value for the location. We didn't meet the owner, but he was friendly by messages and provided basic stuff (coffee, sugar...) along with some refreshments. Over all a really good experience.

Positive Location was within easy walking distance to the Historical Centre which made it very convenience for walks there multiple times. We walked to waterfront (about 30 minutes) but you can easily get a taxi or Uber there. It is right beside the Municipal Mercado so shopping for essentials is easy. The unit is minimalist in design but has everything you need for
