    Positive I am SO pleased we stayed at Acqua - the best experience ever. The staff is what I’d like to see everywhere - helpful, simply nice, always making sure we are enjoying the stay.     Positive If the Virgin of Guadalupe where to reappear in Merida, I'd recommend she stay here!!! Most liked: Location; 10/10 breakfast made to order in addition to complete continental if in a hurry. But most of all the attentiveness of the staff; if you have a question or need assistance they stop whatever they are doing immediately and ITS ✔️ 👍. Unbelievable Price/

    Positive Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city with very warm service. I had a full day of online meetings at the hotel and it was a relieve to do it on their beautiful terrace with great complimentary fresh coffee made to order. The room was also spacious and confortable
