    Positive Location, air conditioning worked, large refrigerator, apartment was clean, the front security gate was lockable when we stayed there, the neighbors were nice, the location is very convenient to shop for groceries, short walk to the water.

    Positive About six blocks from the city center plenty of room in the apartment with a full kitchen and living room plus Wi-Fi and internet connected TV One of the best values for Cozumel especially since you get a kitchen and full living space not just a small hotel room .makes a stay much more comfortable

    Positive I was very pleased with this apartment. It beat all the air bnbs I have stayed in. The kitchen is in great shape and well equipped. The bed is very comfy and the bathroom is very nice. I was very impressed with the host's attention to detail and how quickly they responded to inquiry. So easy for a walk to the supermarcado This did not bother me but about 15
