Positive Nothing. I was there, and the receptionist told me she didn't have my name on the list ,I didn't show my reservation number, and she charged more than the price showed on the website, we paid because we were not options. After I paid the amount she charged, she said , "I did find your name, but your reservation shows like canceled.. wow. Shame on the hotel.
