    Positive The only good thing i can say about this hotel was the comfortable bed, but the sheets were dirty and it didn't have a fitting sheet on them. It didn't have a bad smell either.

    Positive Service was horrible, we choose this hotel every 3 months when we travel to Monterrey due to the closeness to relatives, but every time the hotel seems to get worse and worse. The cleaning was HORRIBLE, the coffee machine was full of small bugs and very dirty, the TV remote control didn't work. All this was reported to front desk because we needed a cup of h
