Positive The property, building manager and owner are all very cool, very helpful. My room had a/c, but never needed it due to the location of the property. The kitchen is well equipped, the internet is strong, the water is hot. This is the perfect place if you want peace and quiet, but still very close to the beach. The walk up did not bother me, but unless you are

Positive The property was gorgeus and totally quiet. Beautiful flowers, big communial kitchen, washing machine, patio with tables and roof. Incredible view from the main gate. The room was cute. one wall had been preserved as natural mountain side (untouched rock wall). The bed and pillows were comfortable. Huge bonus for allowing pets. Super close to center. HOT WAT
