Positive The accommodation is tucked away a short walk from the main area. We really appreciated how quiet and tranquil HV felt. Tim was super accommodating with all of our questions and needs. The food was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. We missed out on meeting the sweet pup Valentino....but hopefully next time!!

Positive This was my 5th time in San Cristobal and I always stay in different hotels to try and to compare. This time I made conscious choice of selecting something on a side street and away from the hustle to enjoy peace. Another reason was this is one of very few hotels in SC with AC - and the first one for me that didn’t smell of dump and mold inside! The room was

Positive Great accommodation. An earlier check-in was possible, and we were even allowed to check out a few hours later because our bus didn’t leave until very late. There was even a kettle, not just a coffee maker. Very clean and extremely comfortable beds! If we come back to San Cristóbal, this will be our place to stay!
