Positive Room was typical Hilton. Nice part of Mexico City.

Positive The staff is very slow in response. Have to call several times on the front desk for small things and they are very slow in response as well as action. The basic things like towel, toiletries etc. have to ask them to keep in room otherwise housekeeping forget while cleaning the room.
