Positive Loved the suites. Everything had character and it was in a perfect location. Close to museums and other attractions but away from noise except the occasional siren. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful

Positive Location is in the central historic district so easy walking distance to lots of things to see and do. Hotel restaurant was good, especially the buffet breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Positive Incredible views. Kind staff. Rooftop terrace with outstanding view of reforma and the city. The meditation was really sweet. We took a 7pm yoga class with Irais that was wonderful. The concept of the hotel is very cool and the execution is well done. The lobby is charming with great prices on trinkets from across Mexico. The staff throughout the whole hotel
