Positive Very helpful front desk staff. Room felt very modern and clean. Great rooftop pool and view. Location was close to a lot of PDC restaurants/bars but without being too noisy.

Positive It was our first time in Playa Del Carmen so we spent a lot of times outside. The location of B10 is superb. We took Ado Bus from Merida and the bus station just a few minutes walk. Going to Centro and the beach is like 5 mins walk. We really enjoyed the city. Also, surprisingly the bed, pillows and linen are very comfortable and good quality :) nice balcony
