Positive The location is unbeatable: you are in the busy historic center, yet it is very quiet, you are able to unwind during the day. Very friendly staff. We arrived early and were still able to check. The breakfast is awesome; the staff sends you a message on WhatsApp the night before asking you to choose from the menu, so that everything is ready in the morning. T

Positive Loved staying in a historic building from 1700s. The decor was charming and room comfortable (beds good). Stayed for 3 days on 3rd floor w fabulous views. Good location. Christina and staff were friendly,kind and helpful. Breakfast is tasty and filling.

Positive This charming historic lodging -- housed in what used to be a 17th-century monastery -- is decorated with antiques throughout. The room was amazingly beautiful and large. The bed comfortable and soft. The staff super friendly. Breakfast was great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit the Puebla historic center. The location is fantastic --
