    Positive Our family of 4 enjoyed the many comfy beds, the lovely pool area, the lush gardens, the dogs and cats, the endless drinking water. The staff were kind and helpful. She offered us umbrellas for our walk in the rain. When we came back from the lake with wet towels, she switched them with fresh ones. They showed us where a fridge was so we could keep drinks co

    Positive Nice pool in a lovely garden (with all different kinds of birds), free bike rentals, big shared hotel fridge and coffee/tea at front desk. Super friendly and helpful Owner and Staff. Rooms are nicely serviced on request. Bacalar market is only one block away but main square and Lagoon is about 7 blocks.
